Registrations:
As a County employee, you must follow your departments training authorization process. It is your responsibility to obtain supervisor approval prior to enrolling into any class and/or academy. Cancellations must be made in accordance with our policy provided below.
Cancellations:

Mandated Course cancellations - requires seven calendar days cancellation notice (excluding holidays and weekends) or your department will be billed a $25.00 administrative fee.

Individual Course cancellations - are refundable up to thirty days (excluding holidays and weekends) prior to the course date.

| Academy cancellations - are refundable up to sixty calendar days (excluding holidays and weekends) before the first scheduled academy course date. |
Computer Course cancellations - requires seven calendar days cancellation notice (excluding holidays and weekends) or your department will be billed the entire class fee. |
If you fail to cancel on time or fail to attend your scheduled course, your department will be billed the entire course fee or an administrative fee. No substitutions are allowed.
