Registration, Fees and Cancellation

Registration Process:
As a County employee, it is your responsibility to obtain supervisor approval prior to enrolling into any class or academy. 
***Enrollments received 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date, must be confirmed by calling our office at 951-955-3255.***

Cancellation Process:

Cancellations for academies are refundable up to sixty calendar days (excluding holidays) before the first scheduled academy course date.  An alternate participant may be sent in place of a participant who is unable to attend; please notify us prior to the first day of class.

Cancellations for individual courses are refundable up to thirty calendar days (excluding holidays) prior to the course date.

Computer classes require seven calendar day's cancellation notice (excluding holidays) or your department will be billed the entire class fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time.

If you have registered for a course that does not have a fee, please be advised your department will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 if you fail to attend or fail to cancel seven calendar days (excluding holidays) prior to the class date.  Substitutions may be made at any time.
